- Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
- Posting and allocation of cash.
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable.
- Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Sales order entry.
- Proforma invoicing.
- Liaising with sales managers
Profile
A successful Accounts Administrator should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in an accounts administrator role or similar.
- A strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot numerical errors.
