Description

  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Posting and allocation of cash.
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable.
  • Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • Sales order entry.
  • Proforma invoicing.
  • Liaising with sales managers

Profile

A successful Accounts Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in an accounts administrator role or similar.
  • A strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot numerical errors.
