Lovely new offices, that they are really proud of, based in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside (near Duston), and are delighted to be able to offer a fun, enjoyable place to work (you will be required to go to the office 5 days per week, Monday - Friday, office hours).  The company offer an excellent training programme that the successful candidate will benefit from.  Warner Recruitment worked on this opportunity in December 2021, and he successful candidate has been promoted several times, which demonstrates to us they have a brilliant career structure in the business.  This is very typical of how this company like to work, promoting from within.  Warner Recruitment are super excited to be working with a local, friendly and growing company, near Duston in Northamptonshire.  This role as Accounts Administrator/ Trainee Accounts System Support requires someone who is good on the phone/ enjoys offering a good level of customer service.  Ideally you will be able to apply technical knowledge to support the company with their Accountancy ERP/ IT systems.  The successful candidate will ideally have an understanding of basic accounts /administration/ customer services.  No previous office work experience is required, they just need someone with a can-do attitude to work and excellent verbal and good written communication skills.This role could suit an A-Level leaver/ Collage leaver/ University leaver/ anyone looking for their first office-based role and enjoys the prospect of studying and furthering their career.Accounts Administrator/ Trainee Accounts System Support

Person:
  • Customer service experience
  • An interest in Accounting/ Finance (helpful, not essential)
  • Able to commute to their offices in rural Northampton 5 days per week (office hours Monday - Friday)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing our customer base with a professional level of service
  • Maybe you have studied/ are studying an AAT(not essential)
  • Maybe you have studied Business Studies at A Level (or equivelent) - not essentail 
  • Recent A level (or equivalent)/ College leaver
  • Work experience from shop work/ warehouse work/ bar work or equivalent
  • Can do attitude to work
  • Able to work on your own initiative
