We are seeking an organised and detail-driven Accounts Administrator to join our team in Stratford, London. This role involves supporting invoicing, credit control, reporting, and day-to-day finance tasks at our head office. Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage sales accounts and process invoices using our CAFM system, Job Logic, and Sage.
- Assist with credit control, including monitoring and pursuing outstanding payments.
- Prepare payment applications, reports, spreadsheets, and account statements.
- Liaise with clients to resolve invoice queries in a professional manner.
- Support payroll and timesheet processing.
- Prepare and provide financial data for external accountants.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Undertake banking tasks, including depositing cheques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Essential experience with Sage 50.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Quick learner and receptive to guidance.
- Positive attitude and a good team player.
