Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking to grow your career in finance and administration? We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team and support our finance operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily banking activities and account reconciliations
- Manage and control warranty procedures
- Monitor and maintain petty cash records
- Oversee credit control and produce weekly aged debtor reports
- Support year-end audit preparation and financial reporting
- Assist with processing purchase invoices in the accounting system as needed
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally covering both accounts and HR functions
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
