This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Manager from Practice to lead a talented and ambitious team, provide oversight of the day-to-day operations and contribute strategically to the firm’s growth journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants across compliance and advisory functions
• Overseeing operational delivery and workflow management across the practice
• Acting as the bridge between client delivery teams and the leadership board to ensure alignment on service standards, commercial objectives, and strategic direction
• Supporting business development activity, including client onboarding, fee negotiations, and retention strategy
• Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team capability
• Championing a people-first culture and supporting employee development initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong background in accountancy practice
• Proven track record in a leadership or operational management role within a mid-tier or large independent firm
• Commercially minded, with strong understanding of KPIs, margin control, and client profitability
• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills – someone who motivates, empowers, and gets the best out of people
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a desire to make an impact
