Location: Salford, Greater Manchester

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

The Role:

We are partnering with a growing property services company seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join their team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this pivotal role involves producing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, as well as preparing monthly P&L and balance sheets.

What you will do:

• Produce accurate management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
• Prepare monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet
• Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
• Financial modelling, estimating and analysis of contracts
• Recommend changes that will improve the company's financial performance and financial controls

About you:

• Part Qualified / Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA). Otherwise, Qualified by experience.
• Finance experience in producing accurate management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables, proficient in using IT systems, including Microsoft office software in particular Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
