Working as part of a strong finance team, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and supporting continuous improvement across the department.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead on month-end and year-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and internal controls.
• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Mentor and support team members, developing your leadership skills.

About you:

• Fully ACCA, ACA or CIMA -qualified
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including UK GAAP.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ambitious and eager to develop into a people management role.
