Account Sales Executive
- Annual Salary: £27,000 plus commission

Join a great client of ours as an Account Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of client interactions and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for both new and existing clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
- Perform accurate data entry and keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated with customs requirements and ensure compliance in all transactions.
- Liaise with overseas partners to request rates and coordinate logistics.
- Respond to new online enquiries, provide quotes, and update existing enquiries as necessary.
- Schedule in-home or virtual surveys to facilitate accurate move planning and cost estimations.
- Act as the main point of contact for individual clients, managing their needs and expectations.
- Follow up on quoted moves, using various platforms to reach clients and ensure timely responses.
- Handle the final stages of booked moves, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in data entry.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in using various communication platforms.
