Account/Project Manager – German Speaking

Location: Purley, South London – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: Circa £35,000 DOE Benefits Career Progression

This is a fantastic opportunity for a German-speaking Account/Project Manager to manage exciting packaging projects and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and packaging projects from brief to delivery
• Liaise between clients, Account Director, and internal creative teams
• Communicate confidently in German and English (written and spoken)
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery
• Prepare clear briefs, proof designs, and maintain high-quality standards
• Organise photoshoots and product sourcing when required
• Track progress and ensure all deadlines are met
• Help maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What You’ll Need:

• Fluency in German and English – essential
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in account/project management
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creative agency or packaging experience is a bonus
• Confident working with budgets, deadlines, and internal teams
