Account Manager- Sales Support - Office Angels : Job Details

Office Portfolio is a trusted leader in office furniture solutions, proudly established for over 20 years with an annual turnover of £11 million. We're a close-knit team of 14, including 4 sales professionals, working with some of the biggest names in the legal, financial, and architectural sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing business where no two days are the same. You'll support the sales, logistics, and finance teams while working closely with clients, architects, and project managers on high-value projects.

• Be the sales team's right hand: prepare quotes, proposals, and product selections that meet client needs while protecting profit margins.

• Bring projects to life: create image presentations and documents that showcase our products and solutions.

• Own the details: complete order information and resolve supplier queries with accuracy and confidence.

• Get involved: attend client meetings, contributing ideas and ensuring smooth project delivery.

• Grow your expertise: build deep product knowledge and keep up to date with market trends.

• Strong time management and ability to prioritise.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High levels of attention to detail.

• Confidence working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

• Solid Microsoft Office skills; Sage 200 experience is a bonus.
