This is a government-funded programme, which means it’s a cost-free service for employers. Your role is to use your relationship-building skills to:
- Engage with local businesses and create job opportunities for clients.
- Work with community partners such as the NHS and charities to ensure people get the right support on their journey.
- Coach and motivate clients through job search, interviews, and into sustainable work.
- You will work accross 2 - 4 community locations in the borough you work in. So you could b hot desking in an NHS Trust, cafe, Library or Community Centre. So you will be great at managing your diary / week around where you meet your job seekers and employers.

Salary: £33, 700 – £35,000Locations: You will be based in one of the following boroughs: Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey.To apply: You must be able to demonstrate achieving targets with one organisation recently for at least 12 - 24 months minimum.
