Account Manager - TN Recruits : Job Details

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to take on a busy desk, managing established clients and ensuring they receive the best recruitment support.

This role is all about account management – maintaining strong partnerships, filling roles efficiently, and providing a first-class service. While the desk is already thriving, there is an expectation to bring in some new business through CRM, lead follow up, referral generation and taking strong candidates to market via calls, emails and LinkedIn.

• Minimum 18 months recruitment experience with proven success.

• Strong account management skills – relationship-driven and service-focused.

• A positive, hardworking and motivated personality – someone who enjoys building rapport, problem-solving, and going the extra mile for clients.

• Resilient, ambitious, and able to balance client care with commercial awareness.
