Account Manager

• Annual Salary: £25,600 - £30,000
• Location: Salisbury Office
• Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm 

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Account Manager. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in a client-facing or account management role. 

As an Account Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them with compassion throughout the probate process.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships through timely updates and clear communication.
• Respond promptly to queries, ensuring clients feel informed, reassured, and respected.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and updates.
• Work collaboratively with the Case Handler to keep cases progressing efficiently and without delay.
• Coordinate tasks and ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and logged correctly.
• Liaise with external contacts (e.g., banks, third parties) and internal departments as needed.
• Monitor timelines and key milestones to support a smooth client journey.
• Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Adhere to GDPR, SRA, and internal compliance requirements at all times.
• Escalate issues appropriately and work constructively to resolve any client concerns.
• Act as an ambassador for Steele Rose, representing our values in every interaction.
