Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers
- Build strong, lasting relationships and understand individual client needs
- Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products/services
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value
- Handle any client issues or escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Work closely with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records and produce account performance reports

- Experience in an account management, client services, or sales support role
- A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Commercially aware with the confidence to identify growth opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

- Background in B2B, manufacturing, or service-based industries
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites (if required)
