Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a progressive packaging manufacturer that have built a formidable reputation for delivering high quality cartons, luxury, and shelf ready packaging solutions to the Beauty & Cosmetic, Premium Spirits, Personal Care, FMCG, and Retail markets. Now looking for someone experienced within Customer Services and Account Management to join a supportive and encouraging team with full training provided.
- Salary £25k-£30k DOE + attractive benefits package
- Current or recent Account Management experience with a passion for delivering exceptional level of customer service is paramount
- Norfolk - Office based role

Account Manager Overview:
- You will have exposure to working with leading Luxury & Cosmetic brands, responsible for ownership of client requirements from initial brief, checking artwork, estimating and through to final delivery
- Retain and manage existing customer relationships
- Provide accurate information for estimating production, reprographics, and technical departments
- Raise purchase orders for raw material and outwork services, stock management creating job bags for production, whilst following a strict process controls
- Delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery

Account Manager Requirements:
- Current or recent Account Management experience with a passion for delivering exceptional level of customer service is paramount
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic focused approach to work
- A confident communicator, able to handle complex situations and plan effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
