My client is a growing company based in St Albans, known for delivering exceptional value and service. They are seeking a motivated and personable Account Manager to join their team and drive new business while managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of personalised service.
- Act as a liaison between clients and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and supply information to clients.
- Conduct quarterly calls and face-to-face meetings to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Lead regular meetings with brokers to align efforts with client needs and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of service standards.
- Keep internal systems updated to reflect case progress and provide visibility for senior management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
