Salary £45-50k per annum plus annual performance bonus
Day to day of the role:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers and upselling other product ranges.
- Engage with lost accounts to try and regain their business.
- Build relationships with new clients and follow up on leads generated by the marketing department.
- Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively demonstrate their value to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services to clients.
- Communicate progress and present performance updates to management and directors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous B2B experience in sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively.
- A genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
