They are continuing to grow their team with positions becoming available all the time.Job Role:As a Field based Account Manager you will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your customer accounts, develop existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to ensure profitable growth.This role can also be a Hybrid mix of new business and existing business, with a mixed target and opportunity to earn commission based on both the growth of existing accounts and bringing on new accounts.Key Responsibilities- Manage your own portfolio of new and existing customers.- Developing relationships and partnerships with new and existing customers- Serve as the main point of contact for customers.- Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.- Meet assigned expectations for profitability.- Achieve customer objectives defined by company management. - Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by management.- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel both internally and externally.- Maintain and develop the computerised CRM system.- Work within an existing supplier base.- Respond and follow up any business enquiries via telephone, email, and personal visits when deemed necessary.Skills and Requirements- Previous experience from within a Domestc Parcels, Pallets or International Courier/e-commerce background is essential- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.- Detail driven and adherence to deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.- Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and tenacious.- Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.- Experience in customer facing role.- Excellent team-worker with drive and enthusiasm.- Familiarity with CRM software *desirable. - Account Management experience *desirable.

Salary : 30000 - 35000
