Position: Account Manager – Commercial Debt RecoveryLocation: Hatfield - Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (35 hours/week)Salary: Competitive + Bonus up to £6,000/year which can increaseExperience: No experience needed – full training provided

• Managing a portfolio of business-to-business accounts
• Contacting clients via phone, email, SMS, and letters to resolve outstanding debts
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements with professionalism and empathy
• Handling disputes and queries to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• A confident, positive, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A curious, investigative mindset with commercial awareness
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in collections or utilities is a bonus – but not essential!
