Account Handler - Pavilion Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

We’re working with a well-established brokerage seeking an experienced Account Handler to join their growing Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK’s largest property management companies, managing substantial portfolios and supporting the renewal process throughout the year.

The Role

• Manage and service large property management portfolios, including renewals, adjustments, and technical queries.
• Produce accurate documentation for new business, MTAs, and renewals.
• Liaise with clients and insurers to confirm cover, process policies, and manage outstanding documentation.
• Handle technical queries relating to residential, commercial, terrorism, engineering, and construction risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Support with account queries and credit control as required.

About You

• Proven commercial insurance experience, with property exposure.
• Cert CII / Dip CII (or working towards) desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working to deadlines.
• Fully proficient in Acturis.
