Key Responsibilities:
• Handle SME renewals — ensuring accuracy and retention of valued clients
• Manage mid-term adjustments — providing efficient and client-focused service
• Support new business quotations — helping expand the SME portfolio
• Maintain strong broker and insurer relationships — streamlining placement and service
• Deliver exceptional client service — ensuring compliance and satisfaction
Requirements:
• Background in SME commercial insurance
• Knowledge of renewals, MTAs, and broking systems
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage workload with attention to detail
