The Role:

As an Account Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting clients across the UK, helping them secure the right insurance cover for their businesses. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients, managing the full insurance cycle, and delivering exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires excellent communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. You will also have the opportunity to help clients navigate the ever-changing insurance landscape.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at A-C / 4-9.
• At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• A passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
