What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Account Execs with renewals, quotes & client queries
• Chatting with insurers to get the best deals for your clients
• Keeping everything running smoothly - from paperwork to policy updates
• Giving solid advice on risks and helping clients feel confident in their cover
• Pitching in with account tasks like credit control and reporting

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years in Commercial or Motor Trade insurance
• Acturis experience
• Great communication and a sharp eye for detail
• Know your way around FCA rules and commercial cover

• Have sales or customer service experience
• Are great at explaining the complex in a simple way
