Account Executive Role

Our client seeks to hire an Account Executive for our growth team. This is an exciting opportunity to propel our client's market influence as we continue scaling the solar energy industry.

As Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will revolve around fostering business growth and achieving sales objectives. You'll collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to surpass our ambitious growth goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Guiding customers through the entire sales process
  • Analyzing client needs to customize solutions
  • Generating new business leads and closing sales
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Contributing strategic insights to advance SolarSpy's growth

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this Account Executive role is industrious and goal-oriented, with proficient customer engagement skills honed through 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience:
    • Target-driven with a stellar record of achieving sales goals.
    • Exceptional work ethic and communication abilities.
    • Commercial acumen with a problem-solving mindset.
    • A learner and educator, open to making and rectifying mistakes.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, or German is required, with additional languages advantageous.
  • Experience with solar or wind power is nice to have, but not required.
