An opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to join our client; a long-established provider of specialist communication solutions trusted across multiple industries in the UK and internationally.

As an Account Executive, you will be the main point of contact for clients, overseeing account management, service coordination, and ongoing customer care. This role offers competitive salary and benefits

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a defined client base from head office, ensuring consistent support and account development.
• Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and maintenance packages.
• Working closely with Business Development Managers to support new business and strengthen existing relationships.
• Coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Overseeing contract renewals and supporting long-term service agreements.
• Handling customer queries and ensuring swift resolution of issues.
• Supporting client retention and account growth through proactive engagement.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales support, ideally within the communications, technology, or a fast-paced industry.
• Background collaborating with Business Development Managers and supporting sales activity.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
