This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients across a range of industries.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market presence through networking and relationship-building.
- Supervise and forecast renewal and new business activity to support effective planning.
- Research and feedback on market trends to assist in developing new products and wordings.
- Prepare accurate market documentation, presentations, and client records.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to resolve queries and ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Travel to client sites across the UK, providing face-to-face support where required.
About You
- Proven experience working with commercial to mid-corporate clients in the insurance sector.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate and convert opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualified to GCSE level (Maths & English essential); A-Levels and/or Dip CII desirable.
