Role Overview

Oscar Enterprise is hiring an Account Executive for a fast-growing online SaaS platform that provides intuitive, scalable solutions to help businesses streamline their operations and improve customer engagement.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you'll manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - and play a key role in growing the platform's user base. You'll work closely with the leadership and product teams to ensure that you're offering solutions that genuinely solve customer pain points.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SaaS market
• Deliver tailored product demos and engaging sales presentations
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients, fully understanding their needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
• Accurately manage sales pipelines and reporting via CRM
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in SaaS or B2B software sales (SDR, BDR, AE, or similar)
• Strong communication and solution-selling skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
