A growing and ambitious insurance broker is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join its team in Hedge End. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients (typically with premiums of £5,000+)
• Attend client meetings (initially with support from senior colleagues)
• Handle renewals, generate new business leads, and complete associated administrative tasks
• Proactively develop a client base through networking and referrals
• Collaborate within a team of 18 Account Executives in an office of nearly 60 staff

Candidate ProfileEssential Skills & Experience:

• Experience in commercial insurance or a related sales-focused role
• Client-facing skills with a positive, proactive, and competitive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities
• Willingness to learn and develop within a team environment

Desirable:

• Cert CII or progress toward professional qualifications
• Experience working with higher premium cases or in the construction sector
