About the Role

As Account Director, you’ll oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery and long-term client satisfaction. You'll act as a strategic advisor, crafting bespoke recruitment strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with our senior leadership team to shape the business's direction.This is a senior leadership role that combines client strategy, team leadership, business development, and operational excellence. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, influence outcomes, and drive tangible impact—both for your clients and the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the lead point of contact for high-value and strategic clients
  • Designing and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
  • Growing accounts through service expansion and client partnerships
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing recruitment delivery team
  • Managing commercial performance and achieving revenue goals
  • Advising clients on talent trends, employer branding, and workforce planning
  • Ensuring compliance, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Proven experience in recruitment account management or strategic client services
  • A track record of leading key accounts and developing long-term partnerships
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, supportive management style
