Work With Chart-Topping Artists On Global Tours, Album Drops & Festival Takeovers:

Teliporter is looking for an exceptional Account Director to lead relationships with record labels, artists and music brands who trust us to bring their biggest moments to life.

You'll be at the heart of experiential campaigns that turn album releases into cultural events, tours into retail opportunities, and festivals into unforgettable brand experiences.

Shape the Future of Music Marketing:

If you've built your career in account management, partnerships or business development within the music industry (agency or client side), and you understand what labels, A&R teams and artist managers actually need, we want to hear from you!

Lead Campaigns for Coveted Recording Artist:

Provide a central conduit between our clients and our internal teams. Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, their objectives are exceeded, and their loyalty is secured. Understand each client's unique business ecosystem and identify and capitalise on new opportunities to increase sales and revenue through nurturing long-term, win-win relationships.

Support Chart-Topping, Platinum Artists & Music Royalty:

Manage the accounts that matter most: major labels, independent artists, merchandise partners and rights-holders who are driving the future of music culture.

Your job is to become their go-to partner, the person they call first when planning a tour, dropping an album, or activating at a festival.

This means understanding their release schedules, commercial priorities, brand guidelines and operational realities inside-out. Then using that knowledge to position Teliporter's pop-up retail, live events and fan engagement solutions as essential tools for growth.

Your focus:

  • Music labels and recording artists
  • A&R teams and artist management
  • Merchandise and touring operations
  • Festival promoters and live entertainment brands

A Rockstar & Take Ownership Of:

Client Relationships That Actually Matter

  • Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of music and label accounts
  • Get under the skin of each client's business—their goals, challenges, release calendars and growth ambitions
  • Run quarterly reviews to track campaign performance, identify wins and plan what's next
  • Resolve issues fast and champion your clients' needs internally

Campaign Strategy & Delivery

  • Spot the big opportunities: album launches, tour announcements, festival season, merch drops
  • Build compelling proposals for pop-up retail, experiential activations and fan experiences
  • Oversee campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring everything runs to brand, budget and deadline
  • Analyse results and turn performance data into insights that drive future success

Growing Revenue & Winning New Work

  • Find opportunities to expand within existing accounts through smart, consultative conversations
  • Pitch new concepts that solve real problems and deliver measurable ROI
  • Support RFP responses, tender submissions and competitive pitches
  • Drive contract renewals, upsells and multi-year partnerships

Amplifying Campaigns & Building Credibility

  • Work alongside client marketing teams to align PR, social and content strategies
  • Create case studies and success stories that showcase what's possible
  • Represent Teliporter at industry events, backstage and in the rooms where decisions get made

Leading Teams & Driving Collaboration

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, ops and logistics
  • Partner with our Retail Operations Project Manager to deliver flawless execution
  • Share market intelligence and client feedback with senior leadership
  • Support and develop junior team members

What We're Looking For:

You've spent your career building relationships in the music industry. You understand how labels operate, what A&R teams care about, and how artist management makes decisions. You've managed accounts, grown revenue, and delivered campaigns that actually worked.

You'll likely have experience in:

  • Account management, client services or partnerships within music, labels or live entertainment
  • Working directly with record labels, artist managers, A&R teams or touring operations
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
  • Hitting revenue targets, retention goals and account growth KPIs
  • Consultative selling—understanding client needs and positioning the right solutions
  • Managing multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Thinking strategically whilst staying hands-on when delivery demands it

You're someone who:

  • Knows the music industry landscape—the players, the calendar, the culture
  • Has a network within labels, A&R or entertainment communities (or is actively building one)
  • Thrives on problem-solving and finds opportunities where others see obstacles
  • Communicates clearly, builds trust quickly, and gets things done
  • Stays calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change

Where Chart-Topping Artists Become Fan Experiences:

Teliporter is a global leader in experiential marketing, event solutions, pop-up retail and fan engagement strategies. Our portfolio includes collaborations with music's biggest stars, IP owners, and rights-holders who trust us to create immersive, high-impact brand experiences that drive customer loyalty and amplify commercial value. We don't just build events; we architect the future of fandom & retail culture.
