Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet company targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Oversee a team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist in high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Provide detailed reports on revenue and market performance.
- Attend industry events in the Leeds area and beyond.
Profile
A successful Account Director should have:
- A solid educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with experience leading high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities

Job Offer
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + OTE
