Hiring: Account Administrator (UK Hours - South Africa Based)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our team remotely, working UK hours. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual based in South Africa who is comfortable working independently and thrives in a fast-paced business environment. We have a call centre in South Africa but the successful candidate will be operating from home. You would get a lot of flexibility but would have to prove they've worked remotely and are comfortable to be pro active when needed.
Working Hours: UK Business Hours (Monday to Friday)Location: Remote - South AfricaEmployment Type: Full-time
? Key Responsibilities:Manage client requests, messaging service and drafting replies for requests.
Sending out document signing via adobe/Nitro.
Strong experience with Word, Excel, PDF, Documenting.
Support general admin tasks such as data entry, email management, and document preparation
Liaise with UK-based team members and clients in a timely and professional manner
Assist with ad hoc document drafting, ID request and KYC.
Based in South Africa
Proven experience in a similar accounts/admin role (ideally 2+ years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organised, accurate, and detail-focused (Very important)
Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Experience working with UK-based businesses or familiarity with UK Law practices
Background in admin, customer support or previous account/case managment.
