Astute Education specialise in recruiting contracted and permanent staff to Nurseries, Primary, Secondary, Further & Higher Education establishments around the world. One of our clients in the UAE, an established FE Education Organisation is looking to appoint recruit an experienced Academic Manager (Vocational Subjects) - Students 18 years to 22 years old) to start employment from August 2025 (Notice period permitting).You would be responsible for the day-to-day management of all academic activities on campus ensuring that all resources, facilities, and staff levels are sufficient for the effective delivery of National Qualifications.The role will be based at their Abu Dhabi campus in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Requirements:Minimum of 5 years’ Management experience in similar roleMinimum of 10 years teaching experienceDemonstrated history of working within a high performing educational institution

Education Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics)Masters Degree in a Vocational Subject as above(They will only accept these subject specialisms due to the Curriculum they teach)

Package details:From 22,823 AED per monthTax Free Salary - £63,000 per annumPlus Housing allowance10,400 AED (Single) and 13,000 AED per month (Married) Total Tax Free - £84,000 to £91,000 per annumPermanent employment contractsRelocation Allowance Schooling allowance for childrenMedical Insurance - Self, spouse & 3 childrenAir ticket for employee, spouse and 3 dependent children (Up to 18 Years)End of service bonus
