Your Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support within a High Dependency Unit

  • Apply ABA techniques and PECS to help pupils communicate, learn, and become more independent

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver individualised learning plans

  • Contribute to a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment every day

  • Bring a proactive, resilient, and flexible approach to supporting students' progress
