3rd Line Support Engineer, Systems Engineer, London, COR7271A Microsoft focussed Systems Engineer, is urgently required to join a global organisation in their central London-based office. Joining a small highly skilled team of Service Desk Engineers, the 3rd Line Support Engineer will take ownership of my client’s global infrastructure, a hybrid (Azure and AWS) cloud environment! This is a technically challenging role and would suit a Systems Engineer who enjoys working within a fast paced and diverse environment. The 3rd Line support Engineer will cover both BAU support and take a leading role on project work, working with the latest Microsoft technologies.This global organisation, which originated in Oxford is leading in global forecasting and modelling working with financial institutions across the globe. What’s required of the 3rd Line Support Engineer?

• Demonstrable 3rd line Windows server support experience
• Virtualisation through VMWare / Hyper-V
• Previous experience supporting Office 365
• Networking experience covering switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Experience with cloud technologies – Azure and/or AWS
• Solid experience with both Exchange and Active Directory
