Talent Guardian is recruiting for a remote based 3D Designer to join our client, a specialist in retail interior design and build, supporting a global client base. You'll create innovative point-of-sale displays, window promotions, and in-store solutions that drive retail sales and elevate customer experience. This is a pivotal, hands-on design role where your creative vision will directly influence the success of international retail brands.Key Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding 3D visuals that can be seamlessly brought to life in production.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Partner with account managers and production teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives while retaining the creative spark from concept to completion.
• Present design concepts confidently to clients, clearly communicating design intent.
• Contribute ideas and creative energy to an ever-growing team and a collaborative studio culture.
• Take full ownership of your 3D design output, ensuring high standards and innovation.
• Support internal projects when required.

Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years' 3D design experience within the retail sector (POS, window displays, or store environments).
• Advanced proficiency in 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and technical design (advantageous).
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Creative flair, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Enthusiastic, imaginative, and eager to push creative boundaries.
