The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic team and have an integral part in the growth and success of the team.

You will be offered a clear path of progression, with the opportunity to recruit in the temporary market.

You will be working on an established desk/area and will responsible for the following:

• Business Development
• Networking
• Update and manage the candidate database
• Reviewing candidate job applications
• Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements using various job boards and LinkedIn
• Pre-screening candidates in line with company standards
• Administration of CRM system
• General administration and compliance support

About You
