2nd Line Support School Engineer

£200-£220 Per Day – Inside IR35
Leeds– Will be required to be onsite 5 days a week
4 Month Contract- Extensions Likely
Must have an Enhanced DBS issued in the past 12 months or be on the Update Service to start!
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be based at one site, however, may occasionally be required to travel to attend team meetings and provide additional support at other local sites. The role is focused on providing broad 1st/ 2nd line technical problem solving/network management as well as building strong relationships with the school leadership and teaching staff and ensuring contractual compliance against KPI’s and SLAs. In addition to technical, the ICT Support Engineer will provide advice and coaching to ensure others feel confident and comfortable using the technology resources available.
