2nd Line Support EngineerOur key client, a very successful IT support and solutions provider, is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join the team on a temporary basis (inside IR35). Based out of their head office in Skelmersdale, the 2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving escalated support cases and helping to upskill junior members of the department.The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be offered an initial two-month contract, however there is potential for this to extend dependent on other, permanent, recruitment campaigns.
