2nd Line IT Support Engineer | Cambridge (Hybrid, 2 days on site) | MSP | £170-£230/day

• Day rate: £170-£230 per day (Outside IR35)
• Type: MSP

Our client is looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative technical team supporting a range of clients and contributing to project delivery across Microsoft environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support for mutliple client environments, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
• Troubleshoot and support Windows OS,Office 365, netwroking and permissions
• Assist with the delivery of IT projects, including rollouts, migrations and upgrades

Requirements:

• Solid 2nd line support experience in an MSP/multi-client environment
• Strong technical skills in Office 365, Microsoft Windows and PowerShell
• Experience supporting and delivering IT projects
