2nd Line IT Engineer - IT MSP

Barnet (5 days a week onsite)

£30,000 to £36,000 (DOE)

A well-established Microsoft Gold Partner based in Barnet is seeking a skilled 2nd Line IT Engineer with a strong background in MSP environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team that has been supporting SMEs across the South of England and internationally for over 15 years.

Having recently moved into a brand-new office, the company is continuing its growth journey and is looking for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to develop their skills, and ready to take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an escalation point for 1st Line Support
• Support and implement Windows Server 2016+
• O365 Administration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
• Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
• Configure and troubleshoot networking (VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, switches)
• Occasional on-site client visits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure, and O365
• Good networking knowledge
• Experience with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Full UK driving licence
