• Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Manage and monitor server systems, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT projects and initiatives.
• Document and maintain accurate records of configurations, procedures, and incidents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within an MSP environment, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Active Directory (AD), Exchange Server, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suites.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
