Are you a hands-on 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer who thrives in a professional, fast-paced IT support environment? We’re looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent end-user support capabilities, and confidence across Windows 11, O365 and device builds.This is a full-time, permanent role based at a high-profile site near Brentford. You’ll be providing onsite 2nd Line Support, managing user tickets, escalating issues, and performing physical device builds. You’ll also take part in a paid on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks), with some occasional travel to nearby sites.
