The 2nd / 3rd Line Telecoms Engineer will be the go-to person for any issues with the organisations telephony platform.The successful 2nd / 3rd Line Telecoms Engineer will be joining an organisation who are keen on internal progression, they will have the chance to move up the ladder as the organisations grow.Essential skills - 2nd / 3rd Line Telecoms Engineer

• VoIP support - Cloud and On-prem
• Provisioning and testing of handsets on systems
• Network trafficking
• SIP Trunking
• Prior experience acting as an escalation point

Desirable - 2nd / 3rd Line Telecoms Engineer

• Cisco
• PBX system
• Avaya
• Relevant IT degree or certifications
