Are you a finance professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? My client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team, driving performance across key business units and helping shape our financial future.

What you'll be doing:

?? Partnering with Business Units and Cost Centre budget holders, including headcount planning and salary analysis?? Leading accurate and timely month-end closures?? Supporting and presenting in monthly performance meetings?? Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance reviews for a full-site view?? Delivering monthly KPI reports, risks & opportunities assessments, and headcount reporting?? Driving cost control across site overheads and general expenses (production & non-production)?? Collaborating with Programme Managers ?? Leading annual costing, standard setting, and weekly material validations?? Contributing to continuous improvement and finance transformation projects

What we're looking for:

? Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner (preferably in manufacturing)? SAP proficiency? Strong analytical skills with experience in leading change or process improvements? Proactive communicator and confident presenter? Keen attention to detail and a drive for results
