2 Sales Manager's - Modular Building's (Sales and Rental)

Location: Midlands or South

Package: Up to £40,000 Salary, Good Commission Scheme, Car Allowance, Pension, Health Insurance, 25 Days Holidays plus Statutory Days

Due to continued expansion, 2 Sales Manager's - Modular Building's (Sales and Rental) are required by our client to work across the Midlands or South and both roles are Brand New Positions.

The client is a well-established market leader within the Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction sector, are instantly recognisable within this field and are well known for having a high-quality, industry leading product range which makes them extremely competitive against competition and will give customers the best experience. They also feel it is an exciting time to join the organisation as the company continues to prosper, year on year.

They are looking for applicants with proven Sales and Business Development skills in the Sale and Rental of Modular Buildings, alternatively they would look at candidates with experience of selling Modular Containers or Temporary Accommodation. They may also consider candidates with a background in other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Steel Framing Systems, Timber Frame Buildings or Bathroom Pods. They will also consider people who sell a similar type of product into the Health or Education sectors or who have experience of the Wider Hire & Rental market or who have experience of selling a Service across the Midlands or South.

The business is very well established and strong within the Health, Education, Commercial and Infrastructure sectors so experience of selling into these industries would be advantageous.

As a Sales Manager - Modular Building's (Sales and Rental), you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the company's high-quality products. The role will be a mix of working from home, working in the field along with visiting the company's head office and other sites.

You will be measured on the level of enquiries generated, overall enquiry response time, the number of repeat clients you generate, overall customer satisfaction, longer rental periods secured and overall Financial Figures achieved.

The role offers excellent, diverse, and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be an ambitious and forward-thinking individual.

You will possess a Proven Track Record of Business Development and Sales in the Sale and Rental of Modular Buildings, Modular Containers or Temporary Accommodation, other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Steel Framing Systems, Timber Frame Buildings or Bathroom Pods. You may also have experience of selling a similar type of product into the Health or Education sectors, the Wider Hire & Rental market or you will have sold a Service across the Midlands or South.

They also are looking for candidates who are confident and can present strongly and professionally to Clients and do 'Deep Dives' with Clients getting to the route of what the client really wants and needs as it is very much value-based selling.
