We have been providing Telecoms and IT solutions since 2004 in the UK, but since then we have expanded across Europe making more than 10 acqusitions over the last few years. With now over 14,000 customers, our revenue has increased in the last 12 years from €2.9m to €36m, and to join our growing company we’re looking for a1st Line Engineer to work in our Bolton Office.

1st Line Support

£22,000 - £24,000

Bolton  - Office Based

Flexible office hours (8am-4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm)

25 days holidays + banks

Pension/healthcare/life insurance after 6 month

Key Responsibilities

-          Providing troubleshooting & resolving technical issues, including tasks like password resets, software installs, as well as providing support for software and hardware.

-          Supporting our customers an end users on a variety of platforms, including but not limited to, outlook, sharepoint and windows 10/11.

Technical experience (all advantageous)

-          Microsoft 365 (email and sharepoint/onedrive)

-          Active Directory

-          DNS, DHCP, File & Print

-          Windows 10/11 support

-          Switching and Firewall Technologies

-          3CX Telephone Systems
