1st Line Support Engineer - SW London

IT Support Services - Up to £30k

Growing IT Support company based in SW London are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Engineer to join them during this busy period. They are offering opportunities to grow as a valued member of the support team with a chance to move into 2nd line role with training and development on offer. As a business they work with some established clients in London who trust them with all their IT support issues. This includes customers in the media industry, public sector and some new projects with a Telecommunications company.

The role is to support and work with the latest MS technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft Azure & Office 365). Ideally you will have at least a full year of experience in IT Support at a 1st Line level and have excellent communications with the right attitude to upskill in the latest technologies.

• Office 365 support and administration
• Knowledge of Firewalls
• SharePoint and PowerShell Scripting
• Windows Servers

Not essential but nice to have:

• Professional services / MSP Background
• M365 Certifications
