About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our clients growing team. This is an entry-level position — perfect for someone with a genuine interest in IT who’s eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in person
- Log, track, and resolve IT support requests efficiently
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when needed
- Assist with setting up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts
- Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and end users
About You
- Genuine passion for IT and technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Team player who can follow processes and adapt quickly
- Previous IT experience or knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
