The role at a glance:

As the first point of contact on the service desk, you’ll provide remote technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

You’ll work with a range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows Server/Desktop, Mac OS, LAN/WAN networking, and managed Wi-Fi solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver 1st Line diagnosis and resolution with high first-time fix rates
• Log, manage & prioritise tickets via phone, email & portal
• Support Microsoft 365 admin, Windows, Mac OS, networking & backups
• Meet SLA targets while maintaining excellent communication
• Keep clear documentation & contribute to the knowledge base

We’re looking for:

• Previous 1st Line Support experience (MSP background preferred)
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft 365, Windows Server/Desktop
• Knowledge of Mac OS, virtualisation, and networking advantageous
• Great communicator with excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
